# Check-Ins You Can Trust: Pair GPS With a PIN, QR Code or Quiz

Make sure every check-in is real. Combine GPS with a PIN, QR code or quiz, tighten the GPS radius, and download a PIN and QR code for every place.

**When rewards are on the line, you want to know people are really there.** You can now combine check-in methods so a check-in only counts when a passholder is on-site and proves it.

## What you can do

- **GPS + PIN.** Passholders need to be within range and enter the place's PIN.
- **GPS + QR code.** A printed QR code only works when the passholder is also within GPS range, so no one can check in from a photo of the sign or walk off with it.
- **GPS + quiz.** Pair a location check with a question about what's in front of them.
- **A tighter GPS radius.** Set a smaller check-in radius, in the units you prefer, for compact spots that sit close together.
- **A PIN and QR code for every place.** Each place's details page now shows its validation PIN and a QR code you can download and print.

> **Why it matters:** Prizes, points and giveaways are only as good as the check-ins behind them. Combined validation keeps your program fair for passholders and your reporting trustworthy for partners and stakeholders.

## How to get started

1. Open a check-in activity on your pass.
2. Choose a combined validation method: **GPS and PIN**, **GPS and QR Code** or **GPS and Quiz**.
3. Adjust the GPS radius if your places are close together.
4. Download each place's PIN and QR code from its **Place details** page.
